Is the olive oil in your kitchen fresh or rancid? Is it making you healthy or sick? Los Angeles-based Brightland Olive Oil Founder Aishwarya Iyer will share her intriguing story and offer essential insights into selecting, tasting, and cooking with this pantry staple.
Feel free to bring your favorite bottle of olive oil, along with a piece of bread, dark chocolate and hard cheese for the optional tasting. Brightland olive oil is also available for purchase; $10 of the purchase price will be donated to the Ebell.
