Jill Comsky
Jill is the daughter of longtime member Cynthia Comsky. She was educated at Pitzer College UC Santa Barbara and the University of North Texas. Her career has centered on child development. She is a program teacher, museum educator, adult literacy program coordinator and children’s services librarian. Her interests include reading, knitting, needlework, movies and natural history.
Alex Couri
Alex studied at the State University of New York at Stony Brook, where she gained a Master of Arts in History and Criticism. She also gained a BA in photography at Columbia University, Paris.
She was Director for Individual Giving and Special Events at KCRW, Development Director of Art Los Angeles Contemporary (ALAC) and is now Director of Fund Development at Community of Friends.
Her interest include photography, contemporary art, travel and “connecting people to one another.”
