Ebell member Linda Dishman, President and CEO of the LA Conservancy, was celebrated last month for 30 years’ leadership of the Conservancy and for spearheading the historic preservation movement throughout California.
Linda joined the Conservancy as executive director in March 1992, Since then, the organization has grown to 5,000 members – the largest membership of a local historic preservation organization in the country, with a budget of $3 million.
Representatives of the Conservatory sent the following message: “From all of us at the Conservancy, a heartfelt thank you to Linda for her leadership and contributions to preserving LA’s historic landscape!”
