The Ebell will no longer offer weekly yoga classes. However, Yoga Instructor Miranda Ratner has graciously agreed to offer her classes to our members directly.

All classes are donation based: suggested donation $5 – $20
Yoga Stretch Class:
Tuesday, Thursday at 10:00 am
Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 12:00 noon
Restorative Yoga Class:
Monday through Friday at 6:00 pm (every weeknight)
Yoga Stretch: Yoga Stretch is a low impact class that consists of gentle warm ups, deep stretching and relaxation, designed around traditional Hatha Yoga poses.
Restorative Yoga: Restorative Yoga uses many props such as pillows and blankets to assist in full body poses that require deep relaxation and stillness. We hold poses for 7-10 minutes, giving the body the space and time to fully integrate the physical benefits of the pose. The magic happens when the muscles and tissues are fully relaxed.
Born in Los Angeles, Miranda is a life-long passionate Yogi and artist, she has been practicing Yoga since she was 3 years old, and has grown up exploring many different forms of fitness modalities. Miranda has two 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Certifications, and passionately continues to deepen her Mind and Body studies and practices each day. As a Yoga and Wellness teacher, Miranda aspires to make more accessible the abundance that Yoga and Fitness have to offer, she focuses on embracing one’s practice as a vehicle for expanding consciousness and bettering our lives. Miranda hopes to inspire curiosity, self-reflection, and mind-body awareness through the practice of Yoga. Miranda believes that the foundation of health and wellness is to take care of our own personal ecosystems: our bodies.
