Virtual Field Trip: Mexico City with Lynda Martinez del Campo | October 15
- This event has passed.
Thursday, October 15, 2020 — 1:00 pm
Grab a Margarita and join us for an armchair tour of Mexico City’s Magical Neighborhoods
Through her colorful and informative presentations and from her home in Mexico, Lynda Martinez del Campo will introduce us to popular spots like Coyoacan, former home to Diego Rivera and Frida Kahlo, as well as more obscure sites such as Pedro Atocpan, famous for its mole sauce. A long-time Mexico City resident and travel industry veteran, Lynda began sharing her passion for Mexico with visitors 20 years ago when she founded her tour company Understand Mexico. Since COVID, she has moved her much-loved tours onto ZOOM!
What a wonderful gift you gave us today with your amazing talk… I’d say that the (ZOOM) format, rather than diluting the impact of your guided tours, somewhat enhanced it…a big thank you from the bottom of my heart!“
— Jorge Cobos, Mexican banker residing in the United Kingdom
“Lynda Martinez del Campo is the best tour guide I ever have met.”
— Richard Coorsh, Retired U.S. resident and budding Mexico aficionado
