Ginger Barnard, who just completed her term as 63rd President of the Ebell on June 30, worked for Los Angeles County for 40 years – ten years as a social worker, eight years as chief analyst for legislation, with her final 22 years spent as the Deputy Chief of Protocol. She will share the facts, fiction and faux pas of the world of international protocol and why protocol matters. Ginger has many engaging and humorous stories to tell starting with her first big protocol event, opening day of the 1984 Olympic Games.
