Prepare a California-Mediterranean Menu with Pascale Beale

Join award-winning food author and chef Pascale Beale in her Santa Barbara kitchen for a private class on cooking simple, healthy and delicious meals with fresh seasonal ingredients from your local farmer’s market. Pascale grew up in England and France where she learned classical French culinary techniques from her grandmother, and Provençal-Mediterranean cooking from her mother. With a deep-rooted love for cooking at an early age, and later encouraged and inspired by her friendships with Julia Child, Michel Richard and Alain Giraud, in 1999 she founded Pascale’s Kitchen, a cooking school devoted to California-Mediterranean cuisine.
