We’re celebrating New Orleans Cuisine with celebrity caterer Daria LeSassier
This being Mardi Gras month, amongst many other special occasions, what better time to learn about Daria’s heritage cuisine and hear some of her great food stories about growing her business? She says she was “born into flavor”, having marinated in the culinary heritage of New Orleans. She has catered to a bevy of Ebell members as well as the renowned in Los Angeles and beyond. We look forward to seeing some of her especially noteworthy Creole dishes and her generational recipes.
Our virtual Ebell programs are free, but donations are greatly appreciated and help the organization during these unprecedented times.
