A chef-emeritus of The Ebell, our own Louis Pechan will stir up some fond memories for many, along with some great seasonal, beat-the-heat cuisine for all. He will share his special talents for menu design and picture-perfect presentation that he developed during his career. As host of many prestigious local events and the Host Chef for the 2015 James Beard Foundation Taste of America, he’ll be right at home meeting with us on ZOOM.
