Join us for a cooking lesson and virtual travel experience from the hills above Lucca, Italy

This Foodie Friday experience is for all those who love to eat as well as cook, with a taste of Tuscan history, flavor and scenery tossed into the mix. Our hosts, Celia and Enzo Cammarota, known for their Piazza Talk Lucca culinary series on You Tube, are welcoming us into the kitchen of their centuries-old villa, Mura di Sotto, for an Italian cooking class.

Enzo will teach us how to make a homemade maccheroni pasta without the benefit of a pasta maker, topped with his white ragu sauce. Celia will Zoom in on the deliciousness of the sunset views from their hillside full of olive groves where they often forage for ingredients, and tell us some fascinating stories of their ancient and charming Tuscan village of Benabbio.
