The 2022 Semi-Annual Business Meeting was held on Monday, June 13 at 5 p.m. on Zoom. Over 55 members attended this semi-annual presentation on the “state” of The Ebell.
In addition to reports presented by board members highlighted in the PowerPoint, members approved amendments to the Bylaws. The Board of Directors unanimously approved these changes before submitted them to the members for approval. The changes refer to our Executive Director and change our annual membership renewal dates to conform to our membership software. In the future new memberships will renew on the anniversary date of joining instead of our current practice of July 1.
